Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Creating an account is simple! Click on the “My Account” or “Sign Up” link at the top of our website, enter your email address and a password, and follow the prompts to complete registration.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can update your shipping address by contacting our support team immediately at [email protected].
Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also log into your Gocheer account to view your order status.
No. For your security, we do not store credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your privacy and safety.
Sales tax will be applied to your order if required by your local laws and regulations. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We currently offer international shipping to most countries. To confirm whether we ship to your region, please check the shipping options at checkout or contact us at [email protected].
In most cases, your items will arrive in a single package. However, if your order includes multiple products or items from different warehouses, they may be shipped separately. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll help arrange a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your claim.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions by email. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.
